Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of this website or ordering goods and service by any method
from Coffee sorted, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By ordering from Goods
or services from Coffee Sorted, you fully accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers
contained in this notice.
All goods remain the property of Coffee Sorted until paid for in full.
Items bought from this website will be sent by either Royal mail, APC Overnight
or UPS. Items will despatched within 3 business days. If any delay is likley then
the customer will be notified.
Any cancellation of an order for a coffee machine will be treated as a return due
to the cost involved for Coffee Sorted. Orders for smaller items may be cancelled
at anytime up to despatch after which it will be treated as a return. Service and
repair work whether carried out at Coffee Sorted's base or your premises may be
cancelled prior to the engineer starting work on the machine.
Unwanted items must be returned at your expense and in saleable and unused condition.
Refunds are given by credit or debit cards where possible. Orders paid for by cheque
or cash will be refunded by Company cheque unless otherwise stated, such refunds
may result in a card admin fee of up to 5% depending on the amount and type of card
used when purchasing the goods. Please note their is a 15% handling charge on all
Service and Repairs
Invoices for service and repair work are due for payment on completion of the work.
Courier costs are not included in service and repair costs and will be passed on
to the customer. Charges due to failed collections and deliveries at the customers
premises will also be recharged to customers.
Service and Repair Warranty
Warranty is provided for Jura machines less than 6 years old on a 'return
to base' basis. Parts fitted to Jura machines are guaranteed for 6 months. Wear
and tear or maltreatment will not count as a valid reason to claim.
